I help companies expand into the UAE.
I moved from the USA to Dubai at 19 and built my company inside the UAE market.
What works internationally doesn’t always work here.
Hey, I'm Mia

When I moved from Miami to Dubai, I entered a completely different business ecosystem.
In the USA, I learned about funnels, business models, content, and sales. I even closed $1M worth of clients on the way.
But in the UAE, growth rewards speed, positioning, and leverage. Not just sales capability or business suave.
Simply put, attracting clients doesn't look the same in this market. But I was up for the challenge.
So, I learned the systems, the culture, and the decision-making dynamics from inside the market. Not from the outside looking in.
I don’t run a marketing agency.
I work as a strategic partner for companies entering or expanding within the UAE. We work through unique positioning, gaining visibility, and operational execution from inside the UAE market.
First, I build a strategy. Tailor your unique value proposition to fit the UAE. Test. Then test again. Then again. Once I get positive data, I 4x the volume.
Expansion in the UAE is about doing the right things, in the right order, with the right positioning.
Before execution, we establish strategy.
Before outsourcing, we understand the market.
What worked in your origin country may not work here... and missteps are expensive.
My work typically looks like:
– Market entry and expansion strategy
– Audit on current brand positioning + a roadmap
– Assistance in-person with content creation (within UAE)
– Direct support as the business scales inside the region
